Organising your sales team and leads in a real estate domain is difficult. Salesleg does this efficiently by maintaining all the contacts, managing the leads and real-time tracking and timely coordination.
We were asked to re-imagining their whole process and digitalise them smartly to give a light-weight product for both web and mobile. Our main goal is to keep the product very simple, so that it is intuitive to any new Sales Associate of the organisation.
We conducted a workshop to understand the business, nature of work, and their users. We collaborated with the Stakeholders to understand the workflow in-depth and try to see how they handle day to day complexities. We gathered the insights from it to define the root problem and ideate viable solutions.

We conducted user interviews and analysed them to curate it in the form of user persona. This helps as a reference point which gave us a better understanding of the users for whom we are building the platform for.
Breaking complex problem into simpler ones by decoding them as user scenarios. We brainstormed and narrowed down solution for each user stories by providing task level details. We managed to create user-flow and information architecture guided by our user stories.
Manage your contacts, schedule meetings, followup with your clients without dropping a sweat. We broke bigger flows into smaller chunks so that users don’t need to navigate so much.

After having a detailed user interview with the users, we found out the audience have 50-50 preference over table and boards view. Hence we came up with a approach where users can switch between them easily and manage all their clients in one place.
